On Monday, 7 March 2010, was the first day I joined Namarina's Jazz Ballet. I went into the school with my T-shirt and leggings and my hair tied in a ponytail. I went inside and my ballet friends were like, "Hey, there's Felice."
I was so nervous. Thanks God I have a ballet friend who just entered jazz ballet like me. She was waiting for me. Then we went into the class, the class where we usually dance ballet.

The teacher is very nice. She is not strict and she likes to talk to the students. The warming up song was even Katy Perry's Fireworks! It was really fun, actually. I didn't felt nervous at all dancing, not like ballet. Students are allowed to wear hand acessories, and are allowed to bring their handphones to the class!
I love jazz ballet, much more than ballet. Somehow, joining jazz ballet makes me more love Namarina and its dances and makes felt much nearer to Namarina. It makes me feel happy, although I'm like the worst student in the ballet class..

BTW, the picture below is not jazz ballet, it is ballet, but danced by the most talented dancers in Namarine, NYD (Namarina Youth Dance).
